History of Khabarovsk:

Khabarovsk was inhabited by Tungusic people many centuries ago and Chinese voyages was establish around 15^th century and during 17^th century, Russians explorers captured the region but the Manchu Qing Dynasty, wanted to secure the region for itself. Due the Treaty of Aigun, Russia occupied the region in the year 1858 and military outpost was established by Russians. After the Second World War, Khabarovsk War Crime Trials was started in the city and from the years 1945 to 1950, Chinese ruler Puyi ruled the region and later it came under the rule of Russia.
