This oceanfront location is situated around 4 km away from the downtown San Juan, measuring an area of 203.81 acres. History of Condado:

The foundation of the development of Condado was made by Hernan and Sosthenes (the Behn Brothers) who were two American industrialists, in 1908. Condado achieved high growth between 1950 and 1960 with the establishment of large industries in Puerto Rico.
