Lindi is a beach town in the southeastern part of Tanzania on the Indian Ocean, situated around 450 kilometers south of the country’s largest city, Dar es Salaam. It comes under the Lindi Region, is located at the gateway of the Lukuledi River, between 9°59′49″ S latitude and 39°42′52″ E longitude. Selous Game Reserve:

UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Selous Game Reserve is the world’s one of the largest wildlife areas, situated around 150 km west of Lindi. Established in 1922, the reserve houses a large population of animals than any other African game reserves or national parks.
