Boquete is a town in Chiriqui Province in Panama country is situated on the Caldera River and located at a height of 1,200 meters above the sea level. History of Boquete:

Boquete was populated by the farmer community during the 19^th century and by 20^th century numerous villages were formed because of the fertile land. Boquete was established in the year 1911 with Lino being the head of the region.
