Malargue is a city located in the Mendoza province of Argentina between 35°28.5′ S latitude and 69°35′ W longitude. It belongs to the Malargüe Department, is situated about 370 km south of Mendoza city and 1160 km from Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina.
Malargue is towards the southwest part of the province physically positioned at an elevation of 1402 meters. Malargue features a relatively dry and cold climate and enjoys winter from May to September.
