Anaco is a town belonging to the Anzoátegui State in Venezuela, situated about 85 km southeast of the state capital, Barcelona and 390 km southeast of the national capital, Caracas. Capital Anaco and San Joaquin are the two divisions of the municipality of Anaco which is spread over an area of 795 sq. km.
