History of Gorzow Wielkopolski:

Gorzow Wielkopolski was the part of Polish Piast dynasty during the 13^th century and later in 1537 became prominent city after the establishment of St. Mary’s Cathedral. The city was ruled by Kingdom of Prussia from the year 1701 until the year 1813 and during eh Napoleonic Wars, Russia captured the city by defeating French Army.
