Virgin Gorda is the 3rd largest island of British Virgin Islands after Tortola and Anegad geographically positioned at 18°28′54.8″ N 64°23′20.95″ W. It was called ‘The Fat Virgin’ by famous explorer Christopher Columbus because of its shape. Spanish Town is the main town of the island located in the southwestern side. Virgin Gorda is spread over an area of 21 sq. km.
