The Palace Square or Schloßplatz is the highlight of Wiesbaden located in the heart of the city. The construction of Ducal Palace in the square was started with the decree of William, Duke of Nassau and completed in 1841.

St. Elizabeth’s Church:

Located on Neroberg, St. Elizabeth’s Church is Wiesbaden’s only Russian Orthodox Church, constructed by Duke Adolf of Nassau between 1847 and 1855. Philipp Hoffmann was the architect of the church. Superb exterior.
