Arad is a city in the west part of Romania in Arad County on the banks of River Mures and historical city of Crisana regions. History of Arad:
According to the historians it is believed that the Arad region was recognized in the 11th century and in 1241, the Mongol attacked the Kingdom of Hungary and many buildings were constructed. Ottoman captured the region in 1551 and ruled until 1699 and later occupied by Austrians. Between the years 1763 and 1783 fort was constructed and in the year 1849, the region was attacked and captured by Hungarian rebels and the economy of Arad flourished in the 19th century.
