Ishurdi also called as Ishwardi is a sub district of Pabna District in Rajshahi Division, Bangladesh. It is situated about 225 km northwest of national capital Dhaka. Ishurdi is placed between latitude 24°9′ in the north and longitude 89°4′ in the east. The total area of Ishurdi is 246.9 km².
Ishurdi houses numerous prominent tourist destinations, educational institutions, health centres and few small and medium scale industries. Ishurdi is well known for Ishurdi Airport (presently not in use).

Ishurdi Airport is situated in Ishwardi Upazila in Pabna District. This stylishly constructed airport is located at the coordinates of 24°09′11.51″ N 089°02′55.04″ E. Earlier, Biman Bangladesh Airlines provided weekly air service to Dhaka Airport, but currently Ishurdi Airport is not in use for several problems. However United Airways has shown interest to develop the airport.
Hardinge Bridge:
Hardinge Bridge is a steel railway bridge placed on the Padma River. It is located between 24°3′57″ N latitude and 89°1′35″ E longitude. This bridge draws its name from the Viceroy of India (1910-1916) Lord Hardinge. The length of the bridge is 1.8 kilometers. The bridge took nearly two years for completion. The construction of the bridge started in 1910 and ended in 1912. The trains started moving on this bridge from 1915.
Shilaidaha:
Shilaidaha is a region in Kumarkhali Upazila of Kushtia District. This place is well known for Rabindra Kuthibari of Shilaidaha. The famous Bengali poet and Nobel Prize winner Rabindranath Tagore resided in Kuthibari. It is placed between 23°55’11.48″ N latitude and 89°13’12.11″ E longitude.
