Omidiyeh is a city in Khuzestan Province of Iran, about 130 kms southeast of provincial capital Ahwaz. It is the capital city of Omidiyeh County situated about 960 kms southwest of Tehran, the capital of Iran.

Central District and Jayezan District are the two districts of Omidiyeh County and the cities of Omidiyeh County are Omidiyeh and Jayezan.
